Don't skip meals! It may seem like a way to lose weight, or to "save" calories for later, but really it just slows your metabolism down!

I am a certified personal trainer with a bachelor's degree in English. I am a Christian, I believe that God has given me a strong and healthy body and I need to take care of it in the best way that I can. I want to improve the quality of my own life, as well as help others improve the quality of their lives. I hope that I can make a difference to at least one person. If I can, than it will be worth it.
